From the overhead it looks like it drains right into the lake. Once the mountaintop removal is done with WV I can easily visualize something similar to your info from ActionPA. Issues with water, we apparently don't have right now, will come to light once coal is no longer in the equation. Exactly like the issues you describe in PA. That is definitely some nasty stuff.
